Adult and Youth Programs at the Humane Society of Charlotte

The Humane Society of Charlotte has a lot to do to help people get involved with animals

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Humane Society of Charlotte is settled into its new location and ready for great youth and adult programs this season! Here is an overview of HSC’s educational programs:

Their Reading Buddies program is offered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Children or adults are welcome to come and read to the animals. It is beneficial for animals as well as for humans!

“Pastel” the cat, is available for adoption! He is a 3-year-old short-haired domestic breed and weighs around 11 pounds. He is a relaxed and sweet cat ready for his forever home.

“Home for the Pawlidays” is also coming. It’s BYOB where you can learn about the Humane Society, participate in crafts, and meet other people.
